Where We Work
Pauliram Project Foundation extends its reach across West Africa, bringing hope, skills, and essential resources to women and families in underserved rural communities. Our programs span two countries, reaching communities that need us most.
Our Regional Presence
Ghana
Headquartered in Accra, Pauliram Project Foundation has established a strong presence across eight regions of Ghana, implementing integrated programs that transform lives and build resilient communities.
Greater Accra Region – Accra
Our headquarters and main training center, serving as the hub for program coordination and community outreach in the capital region.
Ashanti Region – Kumasi
Operating in Ghana’s second-largest city and surrounding rural areas, we provide skills training and health services to women in both urban and peri-urban communities.
Eastern Region – Koforidua
Working with farming communities and rural women, our programs focus on agricultural skills, clean water access, and maternal health.

Serving remote communities with limited access to basic services, we prioritize water infrastructure and child nutrition programs.
Central Region – Cape Coast
Partnering with coastal communities, we address unique challenges facing women in fishing villages and rural settlements.
Western Region – Takoradi
Our programs support women in mining and agricultural communities, providing economic alternatives and family health services.
Western North Region – Sefwi Wiawso
Working in some of Ghana’s most underserved areas, we focus on comprehensive development from skills training to clean water provision.
Volta Region – Ho
Collaborating with community leaders to empower women through vocational training and improve access to healthcare and education.

The capital city serves as our Sierra Leone coordination center, with programs reaching urban poor and peri-urban communities.

Makeni
Serving the Northern Province, our initiatives emphasize agricultural skills, child welfare, and community health.
Community-Centered Approach
In each location, Pauliram Project Foundation works closely with local leaders, community groups, and partner organizations to ensure our programs are culturally appropriate, sustainable, and truly responsive to local needs. We don’t just bring solutions—we build them together with the communities we serve.
Our geographic reach continues to expand as we identify new communities in need and build the capacity to serve them effectively. Whether in bustling cities or remote villages, our commitment remains the same: empowering women to transform their lives and uplift their communities.
Making an Impact Across Borders
From the coastal regions of Ghana to the interior communities of Sierra Leone, Pauliram Project Foundation is creating a network of empowered women, healthy children, and thriving communities. Our cross-border presence allows us to share best practices, adapt programs to different contexts, and multiply our impact across West Africa.
Together, we are building a future where every woman has the opportunity to thrive, regardless of where she lives.
